A year in advance of their wedding, Alexis and Ali got in touch to inquire about my services. The first time I saw them online, I fell in love with them as a couple! Even through virtual lines, their love and respect for one another, for their respective traditions and customs, was apparent. And even more prominent was the chemistry between them! They looked great just sitting together on a couch somewhere in Columbus, Ohio and chatting with me! I knew right away that I wanted to get to know them and to be a part of their celebration of love!

During the next few months, we worked on a Ceremony outline and eventually a custom script to reflect their wishes. They wanted Alexis’ childhood Pastor, and Ali’s family friend who was an Islamic scholar to also take part in the service. In the end, the Ceremony was a beautiful reflection of the two of them, their families, their respective traditions, all with a modern flair and even some added humor!
