Typically up to 5 vendors are recommended for each task at your wedding. Your Planner will join vendor meetings and assist with decisions and negotiating fees. A monthly timeline is prepared and followed through with all details carefully tended to.

begins after contracts have been signed with all vendors. As the wedding day approaches, a day-of wedding timeline is created which is shared with all vendors. Your Planner will coordinate rehearsal as well as manage the event on the day of the wedding, arriving prior to vendor set-up and leaving after all vendors have departed.
